NOTICE OF ELECTION OF LOCAL 332 UNION OFFICERS

Dear Local 332 Member,
Every three years, IBEW 332 members like you elect new officers to set the direction of our union and manage our day-to-day operations. 332 is your union, and we encourage you to participate in the nomination process and cast your vote. Please mark your calendars with these important dates:
- Tuesday, May 5 | 5pm: Nominations for officers at our monthly general membership meeting.
- May 11: A special newsletter will be mailed with all of the candidates’ bios and photos.
- May 15: Ballots will be mailed with instructions for voting.
- June 5 | 9am: To be counted, your ballot must be received at Post Office Box 111450 | Campbell, CA 95011-9700, no later than 9am. Ballots will be collected at that time and counted that day.
In accordance with Article 16, Section 10, of the IBEW Constitution: No member shall be nominated for office unless they are present or signify their willingness in writing, nor shall they be eligible for any office unless they have been a member in continuous good standing at least two years in the local union immediately prior to nomination. When it is impractical or impossible for a local union to elect officers with the required standing, the International President grants special dispensation.
Any member in good standing for two years may run and must be nominated at the general membership meeting on Tuesday, May 5 at 5pm at the union hall at 2125 Canoas Garden Ave. Ste. 100 San Jose, CA 95125. Apprentices are ineligible to run for office. No member may be a candidate for more than one office—If nominated for more than one position, they must choose. Here is a list of elected officer positions:
- President
- Vice President
- Recording Secretary
- Business Manager/Financial Secretary
- Treasurer
- Five (5) Executive Board Members
- Five (5) Examining Board Members
- Nine (9) Convention Delegates & Business Manager is nominated as the 10th delegate
To be counted, your ballot must be received at the Post Office Box 111450 | Campbell, CA 95011-9700, no later than 9am, June 5, 2026. If required, a run-off election will be held on June 10, 2026 by mail ballot voting, and your ballot must be received at the same Post Office Box by 9am on June 30, 2026.
