About IBEW Local 332

Founded in 1912, IBEW Local 332 is the proud union of 3,600+ commercial electricians, residential electricians, sound and communication workers, and material handlers. We are the cutting-edge electricians who power Silicon Valley's tech campuses, stadiums, hospitals, schools, government buildings, and just about every large construction site in Santa Clara County, CA. We use state-of-the-art technology and go through a rigorous apprenticeship program to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship.

Local 332 is also highly active in the community and in local politics. We engage in many service events to help our neighbors and give back to the community. You will find us at city council, board of supervisors, and planning commission meetings advocating for responsible development, issues affecting working families, and policies that better our community.

Finally, our members call IBEW 332 a brother- and sisterhood, in that we are a close-knit team and second family to those who join our ranks. Whether you'd like to become an apprentice, a union journeyman, or a union shop, there's a place for you at Local 332.
